T-Strong is a volunteer based 501c3 non-profit organization created to raise money to benefit children fighting cancer in Northeast Ohio.
Through fundraisers, races, and donations, everyone can help bring smiles to children fighting cancer in Northeast Ohio.
T-Strong was founded in 2019 by Tim Reed and his mother Carol Reed.
When Tim was just three years old, he was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia and underwent treatment for three years.
"I do remember a decent amount of my treatment and battle with cancer even though I was very young. " While there were certainly tough times, I do have a lot of good memories of when people would bring me toys and gifts while I was at the hospital." I want to give back to those people by paying it forward. I want to bring joy to the children who are battling cancer in Northeast Ohio hospitals and that is why I created T-Strong."
Easter Baskets With Project Ed Bear
For the first fundraising project at T-Strong, we had the great opportunity of partnering with Project Ed Bear. Project Ed Bear is another Non-Profit organization that helps benefit children fighting cancer. We helped them make and deliver Easter gift bags for kids on the oncology floor at Akron Children's Hospital and University Hospital in Cleveland.
